Production description
Bag filter is a kind of pressure type filter, filter cylinder,
cylinder lid, and main quick opening mechanism, stainless steel
filter bag to strengthen network main parts, such as the filtrate
by filter shell side inlet tube into the filter bag, filter bag
itself is a device in strengthening a basket with netting on top,
liquid penetrant fineness required for grades of filter bag that
can obtain qualified filtrate impurity particles blocked by the
filter bag. This machine is very convenient to replace the filter
bag, filter basically no material consumption
Working principle
The bag filter is easy to operate. When in use, just install the
filter bag with the required fineness grade in the filter
cartridge, check whether the O-ring is intact, and then tighten the
ring bolt of the filter cartridge cover to put it into operation.
After the pump is started, the pressure gauge on the filter rises
slightly, and the initial pressure is about 0.05Mpa. With the
extension of service time, the filter residue in the cylinder
gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, stop the
machine, open the cylinder cover, check the residue of the filter
bag, and replace the filter bag to continue to use (the filter bag
can generally be reused by cleaning).

paint, beer, vegetable oil, medicine, chemicals, petroleum
products, textile chemicals, photosensitive chemicals,
electroplating solution, milk, mineral water, thermal solvent,
latex, industrial water, sugar water, resin, ink, industrial
wastewater, fruit juice, edible oil, wax, etc.
